Game Information

BLOCK CHALLENGE: Limited Resources, Unlimited Teamwork

Fewer blocks than people? No problem—just better teamwork. In this physically strategic game, teams must cross a "river" using only shared stepping blocks. The catch? Rush and you fall; hesitate and you lose. With the advanced blindfolded round (simulating workplace uncertainties), it becomes a masterclass in inclusive collaboration: how to allocate scarce resources while carrying everyone forward.

Transport all members using limited blocks without "falling in."  Add challenges of different difficulties, such as blindfolding members. The team needs to adjust strategies to take into account special needs!

 Objectives:

1. Reuse blocks like how star teams stretch tight budgets.

2. Find the sweet spot between reckless and stagnant.

3. Leading "visually impaired" teammates reveals unseen workplace barriers.

4.Hone silent coordination skills for remote/hybrid teams.

5. Every splash teaches resilience without blame.

That far bank? It’s your goal. The blocks? Your shrinking headcount. The real takeaway? Resources multiply when teammates become each other’s stepping stones.
