What if your workplace was built by its people, for its people? In this hands-on workshop, teams use oversized EVERBLOCKs to construct their dream office—from nap pods to innovation hubs. Through negotiations and compromises, participants learn that the "perfect" space isn’t about individual whims, but collective vision. The magic? Watching colleagues light up as they explain why their design detail matters to everyone.  

Ideate: Pitch must-have zones (e.g., focus cubes, social hubs)  

Diplomacy: Team reps debate space allocation sans duplication  

Build & Tour: Assemble the future, then showcase its logic
