Connect and Reconnect: Where Ideas Interlock

Your creativity starts where your spare parts end. In this fast-paced game, participants first build solo with limited K’NEX pieces, then trade components under constraints (e.g., "swap only red parts"). The twist? Every exchange forces innovation—your "missing link" might be someone else’s extra. By the end, teams learn that true collaboration isn’t about owning resources, but circulating them to unlock collective genius.

 How to Play:

1. Build Solo: Use all assigned pieces to create a connected structure

2. Speed Trading: Swap parts under facilitator’s rules (e.g., by color/length)

3. Remix: Integrate new acquisitions to upgrade your original design

 Objectives:

1. Abundance Mindset -Losing a piece often means gaining a better design.

2. Constraints Spark Creativity-Trading rules (e.g., "only curves") force inventive hacks.

3. Win-Win Negotiation-Discover trades where both parties shout "Perfect fit!"

4. Cross-Pollination-Steal engineering tricks from neighbors’ builds.

5. Decision Velocity-Rapid trades mimic high-stakes workplace bargaining.

Your final build isn’t just K’NEX—it’s a physical manifesto of team trust. Each exchanged piece whispers: My limitation became your opportunity, and together we engineered something neither could alone.
